I had a link a few years ago the listed the best Grateful Dead shows decade by decade. It would have info about the show and maybe some photo. Every decade would list the top 5 to 10 or so shows. Anyone have a link to this web site?

I think the music archive is what you are looking for, but it seems to be gone.
Not shows by decade, but this site isn't too bad. http://gratefuldeadprojects.com/Top_100.html

I enjoy their best ever versions of different songs project. I found lots of good shows that way.

Not what you were asking about, but I've always enjoyed this site. It has a nice write-up of 74-05-25, including links to SBD and AUD. It looks like there is some other band's stuff on the site now (which I don't recall from previous visits) but still a lot of attention shown the Dead.

This was the old link for that site you speak of. It has changed and is no longer showing the info you are requesting. I used to use that site a lot a few years ago myself, but fare the well it seems.
